• Making sure the script is strictly followed.
• Making sure the compliance of the process is adhered to.
• Doing random audits and provide feedback to the agents
• Provide training to the outlier agents, to help them improve
• Maintaining audit reports and sending them on a weekly basis

Minimum Experience : 6 months as a QA

Maximum Experience : 2 years
