Job descriptions of QA of inbound process:
• Listening to sales calls and judging whether a call can be qualified or not based
on the process specific compliance parameters
• Having analytical skills of judging whether a sale done is pushy or not
• Providing feedback to the agents
• Provide training to the outlier agents, to help them improve
• Maintaining audit reports and sending them on a weekly basis.
Minimum Experience : 6 months as a QA
