What is Auto Greeting?

This feature allows users to hear a pre-recorded greeting message on the phone call. The concept of this system is to curtail the work load of call centre agents. When a user calls, an automated greeting is presented followed by a number of options to choose from. As the user selects his/her option, the call is further forwarded to either a queue, mailbox, extension or a concerned division.
