What is Available Time?

It is popularly known as ‘idle’ time in the call centre sector. In a crisp language, available time is the time spent by call centre agents waiting for incoming customer calls. Agents who are logged in ACD and are free of call handling or ACW (after-call wrap) tasks are termed as available. The time these available experts spent before any customer call arrives is called as available time.
