What is Call recording?

The recording of the digital audio format of a telephone call is call recording. Call centres generally record their agent-customer talks to keep a check over efficient services and to see that no misconduct on the part of their agent is done. There are software for these recordings that show the call timings, duration, recording, ending time etc.  These call recordings are also used for training purpose when new agents join the group.
