What is Conditional Routing?

Conditional routing means intelligently transferring incoming calls to those agents who are waiting for support requests to come. Conditional routing usually works on ‘if-then’ statements. For instance, if group 1 is already busy in answering calls, the ACD system transfers incoming calls to another group in contemplation of preventing any type of hassle.
